Kimberly has been practicing Yoga since 2009. She is an E-RYT instructor with Yoga Alliance. Yoga saved her life. She shares her story frequently. She found yoga is a great way to improve endurance in other physical activities. Before or after any workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles. Kimberly chose to become a teacher and open Come To Life Yoga in 2014 so others can enjoy the amazing benefits and overall health through yoga. She takes pride in small sessions and individual sessions to make sure the students get full knowledge of the yoga benefits and how to maintain overall health. She also focuses on helping other local small businesses by doing events together. The Hatha/Vinyasa yoga combination she teaches is for all levels and beginners.
Yoga not only helps improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and get clarity. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body. Kimberly has been teaching yoga since 2014. Her goal for students is to have ultimate health of the mind , body and soul. Mi teaches a Vinyasa Flow Yoga which is a variable style of yoga characterized by moving from one posture to another using breath. The flow offers a variety of poses, including standing, seated, and balancing postures, with modifications offered to meet your mobility. A Vinyasa practice generates heat and can add a cardiovascular component. All levels are welcomed and encouraged. Wednesday’s @6pm.
Mi will also be teaching a Slow Flow Yoga which is a blended pairing of traditional Vinyasa Flow with the supported slowed down pace of a Gentle Flow. This class is similar to the Hatha /Vinyasa combo flow Kimberly teaches. This flow is a variety of standing, seated, and balancing poses that are used while extending the hold in each pose to fully incorporate the breath. Modifications and variations are offered to achieve your best practice. All levels are welcomed and encouraged. Friday’s @4:30 & Saturday’s 10am.
Jenny will be bringing us sound healing. Experience the healing power of sound vibration with quartz crystal singing bowls. Participants will comfortably lie down or sit while the frequencies reverberate throughout the body, bringing it back into a state of harmonic resonance and promoting deep relaxation and healing on all levels. Jenny will also channel the healing energy of Reiki. Tuesday March 24th @7pm.
